Nov. 23--POTSDAM, N.Y. -- The village Board of Trustees unanimously adopted recommendations by its Planning Board on the draft environmental impact statement for the proposed Wal-Mart supercenter on Route 11.
The three-page resolution approved at Monday night's special meeting addresses seven recommendations the village wants the town Planning Board to further investigate and include in the DEIS.
"Now is the time to anticipate these and address them," Mayor Ruth F. Garner said.
