WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- The U.S. Commerce Department said Wednesday demand for expensive manufactured goods fell in October.

Commerce said durable-goods orders fell 0.4 percent to $196.32 billion after rising a revised 0.9 percent in September, which was originally reported as a modest 0.2 percent rise.
