Nov. 24--Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix Systems on Tuesday agreed to pay about $50 million to acquire Net6, a private San Jose, Calif., firm that provides secure access to applications and information.
The deal builds on Citrix's software infrastructure that allows customers to access company information from various devices and locations. Net6 employs 27 and has 150 customers.
