If I'm David Stern, I spotlight John Green now. I make him a headline. Ron Artest has been taken care of, but good. His Indiana Pacers teammates, Stephen Jackson and Jermaine O'Neal, have been stripped of games, money and public support, too.

So the NBA commissioner receives high marks for showing players how expensive it will be to run into a crowd and slug people.
