Nov. 23--Most of the 70,000 people who worked or lived near Ground Zero suffered from wheezing, shortness of breath or coughing spells after the 2001 terror attack, a report released yesterday shows.
About 8 percent of those interviewed said they continue to experience "psychological distress."
