Nov. 23--Thousands of people will move through South Florida airports this Thanksgiving week, breaking travel records as they fill parking lots and jam security lines.
Anyone planning an out-of-town trip -- whether they're flying, driving or catching a train -- should budget plenty of extra time to get where they're going.
More than two million people are expected to travel the state's highways, and Amtrak has added cars to two of the four daily trains that serve Florida. And anyone flying should expect to be at the airport at least two hours early -- maybe even three if they're catching an international flight.
