Nov. 21--South Miami commissioners Tuesday delayed a vote on plans by Codina Development to build a seven-acre apartment complex north of the Shops at Sunset Place after residents raised questions about the project.
Earlier this month, the item raised flew flags when commissioners initially approved a zoning change for the project, which would include 409 apartments in several three to five-story buildings, plus shops.
