Nov. 21--In less than an hour Monday, the South Bay Community Council gave the go-ahead for two developers to move forward with their plans.
Attorney Simon Ferro made the case for Vessel Land Corp., a developer that recently purchased 12 acres at Southwest 256th Street and 132nd Avenue from Florida Power & Light.
Plans call for 59 single-family homes to be built on the property.
