Nov. 21--An out-of-state consulting group, Sasaki Associates, is closer to helping guide waterfront development in Coconut Grove.
Thursday, Miami commissioners gave City Manager Joe Arriola permission to begin negotiations with the firm, which will help draw up the area's master plan covering the stretch between Peacock Park and Dinner Key Marina.
