Nov. 21--A recently constructed "speculative" building in the City Center Industrial Park will soon be back on the rental market.

Donald W. Rutherford, executive director of the Watertown Local Development Corporation, which owns the 20,000-square-foot building, said Thursday that Purcell Construction of Watertown will not be renewing its short-term lease on the structure.
