Nov. 20--OGDENSBURG, N.Y. -- Frederic Remington Art Museum, Washington Street, will have to hit its reserve account to use toward employees' salaries and fringe benefits.

About $30,000 from the account goes toward salaries and fringes, Director Lowell A. McAllister said. Generous donations were put into the account a few years ago with the anticipation of a downturn in the economy.
