E-commerce sales up again in Q3

U.S. retail sales over the Internet rose to $17.6 bil, up 4.7% vs. Q2 and 21.5% vs. a year ago. E-commerce accounted for 1.9% of all retail sales, which rose 1.4% vs. Q2. E-commerce sales exclude online travel, ticket sales and financial services.
