MIAMI _ Miami coach Stan Van Gundy called it an ``old-time Heat game,'' a gritty defensive effort offsetting a sluggish offensive night Sunday against Philadelphia.

In the past the Heat could have lost a game like this, with Philadelphia playing without Allen Iverson but with more energy than the Heat.
