Nov. 20--Alliance Entertainment has found a new partner, two years after the privately held Coral Springs music and video distributor was left at the altar.

Bonita Springs-based Source Interlink, which distributes magazines and racks to some 80,000 stores nationwide, agreed to merge with Alliance Entertainment in a stock deal valued at more than $330 million based on the closing price of Source's stock Friday. Shares jumped $1.10 to close at $11.90.
