Nov. 19--CARTHAGE, N.Y. -- Unionized nurses and Carthage Area Hospital officials reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract Wednesday.
Debra A. Austin, chairwoman of the hospital's Council of Nursing Practitioners, expects the nurses to ratify the tentative agreement at their Nov. 29 meeting.
