Nov. 19--Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano will begin taking patients Dec. 1.
A ribbon-cutting is scheduled for today. Baylor Health Care System joins an increasingly crowded local field as it opens a Plano hospital expected to see 8,600 patients in its first year.
