Nov. 19--A $50 million addition to Southlake Town Square has cleared the final bureaucratic hurdle as the City Council this week approved a financial plan for $15 million worth of public improvements in the addition.
The council's decision clears the way for construction of the Grand Avenue District u the last major addition planned for Town Square u to begin early next year.
The 39-acre project will include a 14-screen movie theater, a bookstore...
