Nov. 18--North Country Transitional Living Services has hired a former Samaritan Medical Center administrator to serve as its new executive director.
Deborah A. Vink, who was the chief operating officer at Samaritan for five years before resigning from the hospital in July, was chosen from a field of 37 applicants statewide, said NCTLS board of directors President Lisa M. Jeschawitz.
