Nov. 18--WEST CARTHAGE, N.Y. -- The site of an access road to the village's long-planned business park off Route 26 will likely be moved to avoid disturbing wetlands.
Original plans for the road, which will also provide an alternative route to the village's wastewater treatment plant, had it running through three-quarters of an acre of village-owned wetlands.
