Nov. 18--Trading of Hanover Direct shares was halted Wednesday by the American Stock Exchange because of the Edgewater company's ongoing accounting problems.
The catalog and Internet marketing company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday that revenues over the past five years were $2.6 million less than previously reported, and it missed a deadline to file its third-quarter earnings report.
