Nov. 17--ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y. -- River Hospital officials have started a search for their third administrator in just over a year and a half.
The shake-up may look like a sign of disorder from the fledgling hospital, but according to the facility's president, lawyer and former chief, the change is a signal of growth.
The facility has recently obtained a $2.5 million loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development, which means the hospital will attempt to start many new programs that demand the attention of a full-time executive, and while the previous administrator, Charles P....
