Nov. 16--LOWVILLE, N.Y. -- FiberMark Inc. announced Monday that it has filed a reorganization plan and disclosure statement with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Vermont.
In March, the Brattleboro, Vt., company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for its U.S. operations.
