Nov. 16--POTSDAM, N.Y. -- Residents will get an opportunity tonight to voice their opinions on the effects that a proposed Wal-Mart supercenter would have on the environment.
A large turnout is expected for the public hearing before the town Planning Board on the proposed draft environmental impact statement. The hearing begins at 7 in the Lawrence Avenue Elementary School cafeteria.
