Nov. 16--North Jersey house prices continued to climb in the third quarter of this year, reaching a median of $432,200 in Bergen and Passaic counties, the National Association of Realtors said Monday.
That price, for an existing single-family home from July through September, was the sixth-highest cost in the nation, and was 12.6 percent higher than in the same period in 2003.
