Nov. 9--When Starwood Urban Investments signed over its South Norwalk properties to new owner Madison Marquette, a partnership with SSR Realty Advisors, the deal came with a present of sorts -- a new tenant. Representatives of the new ownership of 20 addresses on Washington and South Main streets learned that Starwood Urban had just finalized a lease with the owners of Sweet Rexie's, a confectioner's shop that will move into 136 Washington St.
That space was once occupied by Oddz, a clothing store that moved to Westport.
