Foreign-Trade Zone 243 is an activated general-purpose zone located at Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) in Victorville, one of the fastest-growing commercial and industrial areas in Southern California. SCLA, the port of entry, is a master-planned intermodal complex with air-and-truck cargo facilities in place and a 2,400-acre, 16,000-lineal-foot, triple-track rail complex connecting to the UP/BNSF main line in the final planning stages.
