LANDOVER, Md. _ Though the older he gets and the more consecutive games he plays, Brett Favre remains constant in one regard. At about this point each season, he utters the same sentence.

"It seems like every year I say the bye week is coming at the right time," Favre said Sunday.

This time, he really, really means it.

Again.
