FROM 1900 THROUGH 2000, THERE HAVE BEEN 88 PLAYERS WHO HIT A HOME RUN IN THE major leagues before the age of 20. Among these teenage sluggers, 14 are members of the Hall of Fame and four--Jimmie Foxx, Harmon Killebrew, Mickey Mantle, Mel Ott--went on to hit 500 lifetime home runs. The following list includes major leaguers who homered before they turned 20 years old, the date of their birth, the date of their first big league homer and the pitcher they connected against.
