Collect ten points for each question answered correctly. Answers on page 50. (If you score 80 or better, you are a baseball expert; 70 or better, superior; between 60 and 70, good, and between 40 and 60, average.

1. There have been eight major league players who have hit 50 or more homers in a seasons multiple times. Collect ten points if you can identify six of these eight 50-home run sluggers.

2. There are five active players in the majors who have driven in 150 or more runs in one season. Collect two points for each active player you can name who has had at least one 150-RBI season.

3. For ten points, name the three active pitchers who have struck out 300 or more batters in one season.

4. Which one of the following players never scored 150 or more runs in a season in the major leagues: Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Rickey Henderson or Jeff Bagwell?

5. Last season, Nomar Garciaparra became the fourth Boston Red Sox player since 1901 to win back-to-back American League batting titles. For ten points name the three other Red Sox players to win consecutive hitting championships.

6. There are 13 active players in the majors who have hit 50 or more doubles in one season. Collect ten points if you can correctly identify seven of these 13 players who have hit 50 doubles in one season.
