HERMANN, Mo. _ If wineries could tell tales, Stone Hill would have a best seller.
The family-owned enterprise overlooks the pretty river town on the Katy Trail, 90 miles west of St. Louis. Hermann is a day-tripper's dream: The skyline is punctuated with clock towers and steeples, its streets lined with inns and National Historic Register homes.
