DETROIT _ Willie Bloomquist labored mightily with one arm just to get a leg into his jeans, as his painful back limited him from bending. On the other side of the clubhouse, Bret Boone walked gingerly, favoring the left side of his back.
This was the Mariners' version of the Bruised Brothers.
"That was a heck of a lot of fun," Bloomquist said sarcastically, "two red (behinds) on the trainer's table."
