PHILADELPHIA _ Dawn, ripe with promise, is just starting to burn away the night when an equipment man for the Philadelphia Eagles begins breaking out the pads and sleds and assorted tools of the trade.
Suddenly, as though he has materialized out of the mist, Juan Castillo, the Birds' offensive-line coach, is there on the lush practice field helping him.
