COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. _ The Air Force Academy's sex-assault scandal has prompted leaders to seek advice from other service academies on how to build 4,100 cadets into officers.
Commandant of Cadets Brig. Gen. Johnny Weida will visit the Army and naval academies in coming weeks to see how they develop character and build leaders.
