Jul. 17--NOW THE FACTS ABOUT MALPRACTICE ARE COMING OUT: I don't know what's more remarkable.

The fact that state legislators demanded that witnesses appearing before them actually tell the truth?

Or that the witnesses actually told it?

Either way, Floridians were treated to a novel spectacle this week.
