Whoops! The writer of the "Goodnews" page in the June 2003 issue made a big error regarding vitamin A. While it is true that one can overdose on this vitamin via dietary sources and supplements, it is not true that vitamin A can be developed via the rays of the sun and is known as the "sunshine vitamin." That designation belongs to vitamin D.
