S-Oil and ConocoPhillips have entered into a base oil agreement whereby the Korean refiner with a crude charge of 550,000 barrels/day and a lube plant production capacity of 22,000 barrels/day will provide premium Group III and specialty base stocks to ConocoPhillips for sale and distribution throughout the United States.
