Jun. 17--ESPRESSO DRIVE-THRU CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING: Wednesday and Thursday are "free drink days" to celebrate the grand opening of Perk Central 2, an espresso drive-thru in Tacoma.

Proceeds from the two days will go to Children's Hospital. Fox Hollow Coffee will donate the coffee to Perk Central, and Liberty Distributing will donate the milk to the community.

The new store is the second for owners Bob and Cresencia Jones, who also own Perk Central in Parkland. It offers espresso drinks, smoothies, juices, Italian sodas, pastries, muffins and cookies.
