Jun. 8--Four private equity consortia are preparing to table bids of more than E5 billion ($5.6 billion, UKpound 3.6 billion) for the yellow pages directories business of Italy's multi-media group Seat Pagine Gialle on Monday, in what is expected to be the continent's biggest leveraged buyout deal.
