May 27--Family Practice Associates, a medical practice established in 1981, is undergoing some changes.

These follow the departure of Dr. Ira Berkowitz, who set up his own practice, and the arrival of Dr. Steven Rouzer, who joins Dr. Fred Kullman in the practice, which is located at 433 St. Michael's Drive. Rouzer moved to Santa Fe from Moab, Utah. Family Practice Associates also has two physician's assistants, Kim Berge and Lynn Morrow, and two RNs, Linda Torres and Mary McLaren.
