XcelleNet has released a new version of its Afaria management solution that leverages Microsoft .Net technology.

XcelleNet said Afaria 5.0, built on the .NET framework, provides enterprises with solutions for real-time initiatives. Offering integration with wireless technologies, as well as client management and reporting features, XcelleNet said the new version of Afaria includes new enhancements such as a Web Services-based administrative console that provides a flexible platform for customization and integration of the solution with enterprise infrastructure.
