May 26--NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla.--Ted Kabboush may live a little longer because of his boss.

Earl Stewart, owner of Stewart Toyota in North Palm Beach, paid wholesale director Kabboush a $1,000 bonus last week after he stayed smoke-free for a year. He's the fifth Stewart employee to win the bonus in four years.

"When you do it, people in the store urge you on and tease you, too. I had the support of everybody behind me," Kabboush said.

Stewart acknowledged, "We have also had several employees who tried and failed," including Kabboush -- who tried twice …
