Subdivision Planned outside O'Fallon, Ill.

May 23--A developer is proposing to build a 152-lot subdivision, including 22 duplexes and a retail center, off Old Collinsville Road.
The project would be located in Caseyville Township near O`Fallon. Developer Ronald Harper is seeking zoning changes he needs from the St. Clair County Zoning Board of Appeals, which is scheduled to consider his requests June 9.
"There`s a lot of key questions," county zoning director Mike Mitchell said about the project.
Harper must deal with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to determine whether the planned …
