May 20--Kathy Benet and her business partner Paulette Penner are now in the water and nutritional supplement business.

The two have opened a retail store, Water To Go, in a space at 706 St. Michael's Drive next to Pella Rio Grande Inc., a door and window store.

"We have purified water, and we also have purified ice," Benet said. "We're also a full-line herbal supplement store with an aroma therapy section."

The water sold at the store is purified right there, using what Benet said is a "very elaborate system" involving dual reverse osmosis, post-carbon …
