PHILADELPHIA * South Florida is almost a lock to play host to the 2007 Super Bowl, with only a few details to be worked out before a contract agreement is reached with the NFL.
That appears to be a formality after team owners were updated at the league meetings Tuesday. NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue said the South Florida group was "at the 97 percent or higher point of what has to be accomplished" for an agreement.
"It is mostly a question of some details," Tagliabue said.
