May 21--The Forsyth County Tourism Development Authority proposed yesterday its first flat budget since 1987 because of expectations of another off year in hotel-occupancy tax revenue.
The authority will vote June 17 on its $2,106,145 budget. It will receive all but $40,795 of the budget from the proceeds of the 3 percent hotel-occupancy tax in Forsyth County.
