May 17--Pledging to fight a new pilot rotation system as long as he lives, a Connecticut licensed Long Island Sound Pilot said Friday that a lawsuit against the Department of Transportation is imminent.

Capt. Thomas Walker said he will be filing a lawsuit against the Connecticut DOT for its role in depriving him of his business. Walker was also critical of the department's stance on New York's claim of ownership to the entrance to Long Island Sound.

Walker said he would definitely be filing in Connecticut and may be filing in other jurisdictions, such as New York. …
