May 19--SALES BEGIN AT WINDMILL RESERVE, DESPITE THE DISPUTE: The estate fight rages on, but the late Victor Posner's financial empire continues to grow in South Florida. Sales just started on his upscale Windmill Reserve development in Weston.
The 94-lot community off South Post Road is one of the last two chunks of open land left in the western suburb, and houses there start at nearly $900,000.
(Centex Homes is quickly filling up the second open spot with its Isles at Weston subdivision, a 650-unit development slated to finish later this year.)
