May 17--Because it's easier to pour a pitcher than slow roast ribs, the downtown barbecue restaurant, Treybon, has turned into a full-time bar and dropped its restaurant menu.

Last weekend, owners reopened the location at 1285 Broad Street under the name PourHouse Pub & Games.

Manager Steve Cannon said Treybon Holding's Inc. continues to own the business, but he said the extra costs and hassle of dealing with a full-time restaurant drove the desire to change.
