SEATTLE _ Shabby chic is on the wane? Not if I can do anything about it.
I've been a huge fan of "Shabby Chic" on the style network for about a year now. (Something about seeing those fluffy floral pillows tossed among vintage white farm furniture really works for me.)
So when I moved into a new place recently, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to implement the style in my apartment. One Sunday morning, with a pocketful of cash and the spirit of "Shabby Chic" host Rachel Ashwell within me, I headed for the Fremont neighborhood flea market in search of the perfect shabby-chic furniture and accessories to outfit a bedroom.
