Jul. 16--'OTHER INTERESTS' INCLUDE NETWORK MARKETING: John Ramon, a longtime Arlington minority leader, small-business consultant, civic volunteer and general man-about-town, has finally divulged his "other interests."

Ramon, serving as interim president of the city's Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, shocked the organization in April when he not only announced that he wouldn't take over the chamber presidency as expected, but he would also step down to pursue other interests.
